Conditions for New Utility Service
Customers wishing to set up new service must come into our office with Lease Agreement or Settlement Statement for the service address. The City requires valid identification, such as current driver's license, passport, Military ID or any State or Government issued ID. The resident or their designee (18 years of age or older) needs to be present for service connection.
All connects, disconnects and transfers must be made in person at City Hall.
Bills are due and payable as posted on bill. Bill dates vary from month to month.
After the 15th day from billing date, all delinquent bills incur a 10% penalty that is added to the bill.
If balance due is not paid in full by the 30th day of billing, the Customer account will be subject to disconnection.
Residential Renter - $300.00
Residential Owner - $150.00
Rental locations with electric only - $250.00
Commercial Property - Reviewed and determined by City Administrator
Connection/Disconnection/Transfer times are:
Monday - Friday 10am, 2pm, 4pm

Our office will be happy to assist you with any questions you have concerning your account. If you notice City related items that are in need of repair or City attention, please call our office to have a work order generated.
For Automatic Bank drafting, come by the City Hall Billing Department, complete a form and bring along a voided check.
