The purpose of the Citizen Problem Reporter is for community members to report concerns that need attention. Some examples may include: 

  • Street lights burned out
  • Debris or brush left out for long periods of time
  • Missing street signs or directional signs
  • Potholes or other street conditions
  • Blocked or otherwise impassible streets

If you have a criminal complaint or issues with safety, please do not submit this form. Instead, contact the Caldwell Police Department at 979-567-4455 or the Burleson County Sheriff's Office at 979-567-4343
