Building Permits & Inspections serves and assists the public with various development-related projects through outstanding permitting and inspection services that protect the public’s interest in the property and the lives and safety of citizens.

Building permits must be obtained prior to the start of construction and must be posted at the site for the duration.

For Building Permits: Go to Cloud Permit online permitting software to complete your 

For Building and MEP Inspections: Log in to your Cloud Permit account and select the issued permit to schedule an inspection. If you have issues please contact permits@caldwelltx.gov.
